Privacy Policy — Blightline: Tower Defense

This policy explains what data Blightline: Tower Defense ("the game"), developed by Erdun Studio (Bahadır Erdun), processes on Android (Google Play) and on PC (Steam), and why.

1. Data stored on your device

Your game progress (completed maps, upgrades, heroes, gems, settings) is stored on your device. If you enable it, your platform may back it up: Google Play Games Saved Games on Android, Steam Cloud on Steam. These backups are handled by Google and Valve under their own privacy policies.

2. Online PvP mode

PvP is optional. When you use it, our game server stores:

• Your platform player identifier (Google Play Games player ID or Steam ID) and your display name (from the platform, or a name you choose).
• Your battle plan (tower layout, selected heroes), a summary of your hero levels, upgrades and gear (used to calculate battle strength), match results, rating, season rankings and in-game rewards.

Visible to other players: your display name, rank, rating, the heroes and tower layout in your battle plan, and match history between you and them. Purpose: matchmaking, rankings, season rewards and preventing cheating. Retention: while your PvP account is active; you can ask us to delete it at any time (see section 7).

3. Anonymous usage statistics

To improve the game, it sends anonymous gameplay events to our server: map started/finished, result and duration, session length, game version, device class, and freeze/performance reports. These are linked only to a random number generated per installation — not to your name, platform account, advertising ID or device ID. They are used only by us to improve difficulty and fix problems.

4. Advertising (Android only)

The Android version offers optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. If you choose to watch an ad, Google may process your device's advertising ID to show and measure ads. Watching ads is never required to play. Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy. The Steam version contains no ads.

5. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or Steam (PC). Your payment details never reach us; we only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed.

6. What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.
• Our server data is kept on servers we control and is not used for advertising.

7. Your rights and contact

You can ask us what PvP data we hold about you, or ask us to delete your PvP account and its data, by emailing support@erdunstudio.com. Please include your in-game PvP name and your platform (Android or Steam).

8. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will change.
